Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before requirements are met will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account prior to processing.

• A bet is confirmed only once it appears in your hh98com Bet History with a confirmed reference number. Screenshots of a bet slip that was not confirmed do not constitute a valid placed bet.
• hh98com reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical error or data feed failure.
• In-play bets on hh98com are accepted subject to the current live state of play at the time of acceptance. Bets placed after a definitive event (e.g., a wicket falling, a goal being scored) but before the odds update are void.

• Accumulator bets: minimum 2 selections, maximum 20 selections. If one leg of an acca is voided, the remaining selections stand and the bet is recalculated.

Results in live casino games are determined by the physical outcome visible on the live stream — in the event of a technical disconnection, any round that was in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved using the recorded stream result where this is recoverable, or voided and stakes returned if it is not.

In all cases where hh98com is found liable, our total liability to you is capped at the value of your hh98com wallet balance at the time of the claim.

You may close your hh98com account at any time by contacting support at support@hh98com.net. Before closure is confirmed, any outstanding valid balance will be returned to your registered payment method provided all withdrawal conditions are met.

hh98com reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious or fraudulent account activity.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Where continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk of harm to the player under our responsible gaming obligations.

Where an account is closed by hh98com due to a terms breach, any balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
